All of our jukebox restorations start by completely disassembling the unit. The cabinet is then stripped, re-glued and repaired.

At this time all chrome parts are sent out for replating.

The cabinet is now refinished, reveneered and finished,or painted to the customer's specifications. We cut no corners in our cabinet finishing process. The natural wood boxes are stained and the grain filled. We then spray the cabinet with several coats of laquer which is then wet sanded and buffed to a mirror-like shine as it was originally done. The painted machines are sprayed with a durable basecoat-clearcoat system. This is the system used on new car finishes.

The record changing mechanism is disassembled, degreased and cleaned. Any worn or broken parts are replaced as the unit is reassembled and re-lubricated and adjusted.

All of the electronic components are rebuilt to factory specifications. All capacitors are replaced and all resistors are checked for tolerance. Power cords and any defective wiring is replaced. All chassis of the electronic units are glass bead blasted and repainted to the original finish. All interior electrical parts such as selector switches, light sockets, plugs, motors, and wiring are cleaned, inspected, and replaced as needed.

Cabinet interior and all trim and bracket is painted. The assembly now begins. Only the finest quality reproduction parts are used in bringing back these treasures to their original beauty.

After they are assembled, they are loaded with records and played dozens of time to assure trouble-free operation. The box is now ready to place in your home for years of enjoyment.
